Caron Realty has been our mgmt company for almost 15 years. We've have nothing but good things to say about them. Their rates are reasonable, they know their stuff, they have kept our HOA in line with all current laws. We look to them for guidance to make sure we stay CCIOA compliant.\r

We used to have a larger company and had nothing but problems. They didn't return calls, you always got voice mail, they didn't walk our property. All in all, they just did a bad job. They had too many clients & we didn't matter. \r

Caron Realty cares! They really do. If you are looking for a great management company, then this is who you should hire! \r
