I just wanted to say that someone brought to my attention the slanderous comments being made against this company & its' owners. Caron Realty has been managing my condo association for over 6 years and we have never had a problem with them. Our dues have stayed the same for 5 years now. They make sure all the maintenance is done, they know their stuff. Some people don't like them because they follow the rules & hold homeowners accountable. To that I say ""tough"". You bought the place, you knew the rules so just follow them. Don't blame the management company for doing their job. Just behave.\r

And, stop all the lies about these guys. Diane is one of the most professional and courteous property managers I've ever dealt with. She deserves a ""Kudos"" not the lies that the last two people have posted.\r
