THESE APARTMENTS ARE NASTY. MANAGEMENT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THESE APARTMENTS ARE OWNED BY EVANS REALTY AND IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING WHEN I MOVED IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. AS A RECENT AUBURN GRADUATE, I MOVED INTO THESE APARTMENTS BECAUSE THEY WERE AFFORDABLE AND CLOSE TO TIGER TOWN WHERE I WORK. THE APARTMENT I MOVED INTO, IS NOT THE APARTMENT I WAS SHOWN. I AM VERY UNHAPPY HERE. I HAVE HAD TO CONSTANTLY CONTACT OPELIKA POLICE DEPARTMENT BECAUSE OF NOISE (I HAVE REPORTED IT TO MANAGEMENT BUT THEY HAVE FAILED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT MY COMPLAINTS). SINCE I HAVE MOVED HERE AND I HAVE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL TENANTS, MANY FEEL THE SAME AS I DO ABOUT THESE UNLIVABLE CONDITIONS. I WAS TOLD THAT THE APARTMENTS WOULD BE RENOVATED AS TENANTS MOVE OUT....HA,HA...THAT IS A LIE...THESE APARTMENTS ARE OLD....IT IS LIKING LIVING IN HELL!!!!
