Ski Lodge Apartments

Nothing gets fixed here. Our Dishwasher has been broken for 3 months until my roommate decided to fix it. The walls look like it's been flooded and our next door neighbor's bathroom flooded right into our KITCHEN!!! He says it only leaked in his apartment but not us! Our carpet even get soaked! I'm walking in TOILET WATER!! UGH! Our table is broken and its rotted away, our pantry door ha been returned in 8 months! They don't renovate the apts, our slider door is broken, and when we try to move to a bigger apartment for more room, they will not give us the deposit back or place it towards the new apt. And on top of that, the money we put down on the application for that apt was wasted when they rented it out and didn't say anything until we asked. If you don't mind low conditions its great... Oh and the rent went up $450 for one bedroom... for a rundown.. Hm. more

THESE APARTMENTS ARE NASTY. MANAGEMENT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THESE APARTMENTS ARE OWNED BY EVANS REALTY AND IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING WHEN I MOVED IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. AS A RECENT AUBURN GRADUATE, I MOVED INTO THESE APARTMENTS BECAUSE THEY WERE AFFORDABLE AND CLOSE TO TIGER TOWN WHERE I WORK. THE APARTMENT I MOVED INTO, IS NOT THE APARTMENT I WAS SHOWN. I AM VERY UNHAPPY HERE. I HAVE HAD TO CONSTANTLY CONTACT OPELIKA POLICE DEPARTMENT BECAUSE OF NOISE (I HAVE REPORTED IT TO MANAGEMENT BUT THEY HAVE FAILED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT MY COMPLAINTS). SINCE I HAVE MOVED HERE AND I HAVE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL TENANTS, MANY FEEL THE SAME AS I DO ABOUT THESE UNLIVABLE CONDITIONS. I WAS TOLD THAT THE APARTMENTS WOULD BE RENOVATED AS TENANTS MOVE OUT....HA,HA...THAT IS A LIE...THESE APARTMENTS ARE OLD....IT IS LIKING LIVING IN HELL!!!! Cons: MANAGEMENT, NOISY, NASTY, more
