Our air conditioning went out one night, and the next morning at 7 AM I called KB Complete. They were here by 1 PM that afternoon and were done and gone by 5 PM that evening. The AC is up and running and we are very, very happy with it.
A serviceman from KB Complete had come out before to check the old AC because it wasn't cooling enough. He put in a part and strongly recommended that we think about having a new AC system put in. We were hoping it would last through the summer, but it did not. However, when everything went out KB Complete was very fast, very professional, and very good.
