Review content:
We were having difficulty balancing the cooling in our house between the upper and street level floors. KB Complete dispatched a technician and it became apparent immediately that he was an expert with much experience in heating and cooling systems. He made strategic adjustments and provided invaluable advice. We have followed his instructions and are now enjoying balanced and comfortable temperature of 75 degrees throughout the home - even when outside temperature is 105 degrees. We had believed it would take an auxilliary cooling system to solve the problem, but he got our existing system adjusted and it works. This kind of service has convinced us to keep a relationship with this company as it is operated by and employs good and honest people.
