From my initial phone call to their office until the installation was complete, I was so impressed with everyone at K B Complete. The temperature was in the 100s and our 37-year-old central air unit died. The office scheduled an estimater very quickly. The estimater was very thorough and explained what would need to be done and why. He helped us chose the best option for us and our new unit was installed the next day! The installers were very professional, very friendly, and did an excellent job installing the new equipment and leaving everything clean and neat when they finished. The installer came back twice during the day to check on progress and make sure everything was going well. I can't say enough about the knowledge, professionalism, and helpfulness of everyone at K B Complete and would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
