Review content:
Today, I filed an official complaint with the Texas State Attorney General. Cavalry Portfolio sent a debt collection letter to me that appears to be compliant with FDCPA rules, but with an AMOUNT DUE THAT IS TOTALLY FALSE. I mean it -- these people actually INVENTED a number and had the huevos to send a request through the mail that I pay them some moola. The payee is Sprint PC, which was my first mobile phone service THIRTEEN YEARS AGO! There was absolutely no balance due with Sprint when I switched to a different cell phone service. Beware everybody! Pay no money at all ever to this company -- they are scammers and all-out frauds.
Pros: It might be fun suing them in a class-action
Cons: They lie; they scam; they commit fraud; they harass. Did I mention that they lie?
