This company calls my home twice a day by an automated recording. The recording asks me to identify myself, but it doesn't identify them. (I had to call back the caller ID number to see who it was.) They refused to remove me from their solicitation list and they even refused to tell me what their business was or why they might be trying to reach me. They even denied that they were soliciting me. They said they weren't selling anything, but of course the guy couldn't explain how they could afford to buy the machines, phone number lists, etc., to do all this if in the end the activity wasn't meant to generate income. Of course they are selling something! I actually had to file a complaint with my state attorney general to get them to leave me alone, but I don't know if it will work because the complaint is still being processed. Unlike the other poster, I have never had any business with this firm nor have they purchased a debt of mine; other than my mortgage, which I'm quite sure is still at CitiBank, I am blissfully debt free. I used to own a pet shop, but this is the largest snake pit I've ever seen. Cons: Rude people who refuse to answer questions directly.
