I purchased a Power Pet door from High Tech Pet Products. The product is nothing short of amazing! I needed a new battery. Since they have their local office in Ventura, I went in to pick it up. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. They gave me lots of great tips and while I was there I looked at their containment and training products and ended up purchasing an electronic dog training device which is also awesome. It's great to have a company with a national presence so close by and still willing to take time with an individual local customer. Great Company and Great products!
