Absolutely an Awesome company with Amazing Products 11/11/2010

I purchased a Power Pet door from High Tech Pet Products. The product is nothing short of amazing! I needed a new battery. Since they have their local office in Ventura, I went in to pick it up. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. They gave me lots of great tips and while I was there I looked at their containment and training products and ended up purchasing an electronic dog training device which is also awesome. It's great to have a company with a national presence so close by and still willing to take time with an individual local customer. Great Company and Great products! more

Poor product, bad customer service 3/14/2006

Update 3/14/06 Still waiting for door - 17 months now. I have been waiting over a year for a replacement door from this company. They are quick to take your money, but once the product is non-functioning, they forget you exist. The door was only working for 3 months before breaking. They sent replacment parts, but then quit working completely after 9 months. I have been waiting for a new door since October of 2004! more
