Review content:
My car which was stolen in downtown Atlanta was recovered by Top Cat. After calling this place of business several times it seemed that no one was willing to help let me know the condition of my car. It seems that an x on the front bumper is all they can tell me. I am sure that they have lots of cars but if it was me in their position sometimes just taking 5 minutes to be nice can really make a difference. I was 7 hours away and wanted to know the status of my car, they did not care, they were not polite, they were rude. My insurance company also tried to get some information but got nowhere...Several locals in the area told me that this was the worst place your car could be sent to and I believe it. It seems that they are in the ""good ole boy network"" and once again consumers are subject to horrible service. I would not recommend them to anyone.....
