First thing me and a roomate took the apartment thinking it looked nice. We were right out of college, and we lived in woodhaven, willington CT a not so nice looking apartment. First problem in centruty hills we moved in and there was a hole in the ceiling. After complaining multiple times it was fixed (patched and did not clean up after their mess) and never painted. Then the walls are paper thin and you can hear the pipes everytime someone flushes a toilet... it took some time getting used to (I stayed in the room next to the bathroom, the other room had no problem). Then one of the apartments close to us caught on fire, we could not go into our place for a couple of days... thank god for the red cross who helped, staff was having a hard time organizing itselt. Then they installed centralized fire alarms, I am pretty sure they were fined and forced to have them place. They did a bad job, did not paint and left plaster everywhere. Then the hindus next door had the apartment with COCKROACHES!... then the apartments had to be fumigated. Later on we had a CARPET ANTS for which I bought pesticide. Before we moved out the balcony from the apartment above had to be replaced, again I complained for them to not make a mess. To my surprise they cleaned for the first time the plaster and sheetrock, but ofcourse when they painted they made a mess. There was paint left over on the carpet, couches, and my shoes. \r \r I lived in an apartment during college where they would have a cleaning crue clean everything after tenants left. Personally I think Centurty Hills is very unprofessional. If I was to give for rent a house or apartment I would have a cleaning crue clean the apartment when tenants changed. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I KNOW THAT DOES NOT SEEM TO DO SO! \r \r I WOULD HAVE NEVER MOVED IN THAT PLACE IF I KNEW HOW IT WAS BEING RUN. BELIEVE ME ITS NOT WORTH IT!\r Pros: Looks nice, close to highway Cons: not very helpful staff, thin walls, poor mantainance
