I have been to a couple dominican style salons in Florida Ms. Elba is the real deal!
She was closed on the day I came in and she came in just for me, I felt right at home.
Not only does she have a lot of knowledge but she uses nothing but the best products. If you trust and believe in what she tells you, your hair will flow :)
Im looking forward to my next visit!
