I stopped by ICI the other day to look around, and didn't think much about the fact that no one offered to help me, since I was just browsing the showroom. I returned again the next day with my husband hoping to speak with someone regarding a planned remodel of my master bathroon. This time, my husband and I looked around for 20 minutes before an employee came out of the back as we were about to leave. He said he would get the owner, who would be able to help us.\r \r When the owner appeared, he basically told us that withount an appointment, we would get no service - he was too busy cleaning up the warehouse. Before we could ask any questions, he told us that all tile orders take several weeks to arrive, because ""we're not Home Depot,"" then he suggested that we visit another tile store store down the street!\r \r Obviously, this man is not interested in providing quality service. His sign says ""Open to the Public"" and there is no sign, inside or out, stating ""Appointment Required."" If there had been, I would have called ahead, As it was, I assumed that a business owner would welcome the opportunity to talk with a new customer, even on a Friday afternoon. On the contrary, he practically ran us off. \r \r If you want to deal with a professional, ICI is not the place for you.
