This store is an independent store and its owner, Scotty, is extremely knowledgeable and ethical. He provides terrific customer service and I've even gotten a couple of my machines fixed the same day I brought them in. He knows everything about sewing and embroidery machines and will spent a lot of time showing you how to use them properly. His prices are VERY competitive, too. I've bought several machines from him and will be a customer for life.
