Review content:
I grew up going to Frog Pond for our fruits and veggies back when it was a tiny stand by the road. We loved wandering up to visit the animals while mom shopped. It has been great watching this local business grow to the scale it has today, and I proudly continue to shop there. I have brought many visiting friends over the years and they all ask to go to Frog Pond every time they come to town.
They have the best fruits and vegetables as well as locally made products such as cheeses, maple syrup, even greeting cards by talented local artist Linda Devona. I buy their annuals, perennials, vegetables, and herbs for my garden every year. Ron and Karen and their staff provide top-notch service.
They have a corn bin where the kids can play, as well as special activities such as a flower planting cart and a hay maze in the fall. The full parking lot and bustle that is ever present on the weekends speaks to the quality of this business and their popularity in the community.
Pros: excellent service, great prices, fun for family
Cons: can be crowded
