Review content:
I am that ""snippy little blonde teenager"" that works at Frog Pond; I remember that day like it was yesterday. That day was a very busy day and the only reason Ron told you the cart couldn't be in there was because you were using a carryout cart not a wagon. Wagons are fine in the building, green carry out carts are not, even if they are half size. Ron meant no harm I'm sure, he was just stressed, and frankly, that's his personality (trust me I know). But just as the others mentioned, he does have a great sense of humor and I'm sure he did mean to hurt your feelings. You could have asked any of the employees for help and I'm sure they would've gladly come to your rescue. You could've simply parked the cart in front of the counter and waited in line. I apologize that you had a bad experience on a hard day but should that really stop you from visiting Frog Pond? Doesn't everyone get frazzled at work? Pros: Price, Quality, Service, Atmosphere
