What a great experience all around! This was the third vehicle we purchased from the James family of car dealerships. Previously, we dealt with Russel from the used car department of James (awesome salesman, as well), and were hesitant about meeting with someone else, but once we met with Ferdie Navoa, we were completely at ease! What a friendly and helpful person! He was very concerned with our needs and was understanding of our budget. He even found ways to entertain our three kids during the process ;) The financial department (Angel? Juan? their names escape me), along with Ferdie worked very hard to accomodate our price range. I would definitely recommend this dealer to family and friends, and we will be sure to head there for any future vehicles :) Thanks guys!
