Ferdie greeted in the parking lot; very professional. He asked us what we were looking for and did a lot of listening. Ferdie asked us for our information on how we could be contacted and introduced us to his manager Angel. Ferdie gave us his business card when we were finished speaking. He was polite, friendly, and honest. We look forward to doing business with Ferdie and James Kia. more

Bought a 2011 Kia Sorento from Sherrie Binder in the internet department, and the transaction was completed by Ferdie in sales. Had the car for a week and couldn't be happier. Beat everyone else's price by several hundred dollars and it was worth the drive 1+ hours away from Bergen County to find the car we wanted at the best price. more

Awesome dealership!! Would definitely buy from again. Ferdie was a great salesman. He was very respectful, not pushy. Thank you! What a refreshing change from other dealerships! He worked very hard to get us the car we wanted - 2011 KIA Rio - for the price we requested.\r \r Andrew and Angel worked very hard on the financial end for us. They did not push us to accept a price we were not happy with. They waited until they had several options for us so we could get the best price. more

Ferdie was very personable and never made us feel like he was trying to make a sale. From our first visit, where we met Rose at the toyota showroom, we were impressed with her friendliness and knowledge of the 2012 camry. After a test ride we decided that we didn't like the cars ride nor its seat comfort. She sugessed to try the Kia, which we did. Met Ferdie and he was also very friendly and took us on a test ride after which we bought the car. He was also very helpful in explaining the operation of many of the cars features.\r We would want to work with these fine people again!! more

This was a pleasant auto dealtership experience. The people were friendly, not pushy, and the purchase price was great! We purchased a 2011 Kia Soul. We were able to test drive the car on our first visit. Finalizing the sales transaction took less than an hour and completing the financing paperwork went smoothly. We definitely reccommend this dealer! more

The finance Manager, Angel Guevara made the transaction seamless with no high-pressure sales tactics. Sherri Binder, my initial contact, was very informative and helpful in locating the car I wanted. This dealership and all who helped in my purchase were outstanding. Mr. Ferdie Navoa and those who worked behind the scenes were the real reason I purchased my car out of state. They worked hard to locate my blue kia optima and even harder to get a payment I was comfortable paying. I truely love the car....the look....the drive.....and all of the features it has. If my next car purchase is a Kia, I would only purchase it at James Kia! more

The dealership was very clean, open, friendly and not high pressured. They gave us the best price around. We did a lot of research and many other dealerships did not even come close to their pricing. Jon was very helpful with any questions we had and making sure we were completely happy with our vehicle, before, during and after the sales experience. I would recommend James Kia to anyone interested and so far my Kia Sorento has been a great car! more

Working with Ferdie was great. He's very knowledgable about the car business. He really knows how to relate to his customer and their needs, not to mention, he goes out of his way to make the car buying experience very painless. In the future when we're looking for a car, James Kia will be at the top of our list. To me, when you can buy something big, if you don't get good customer service with it, you paid too much. thanks! more

LOVE this dealership. They were extremely thorough. NO gimmicks or tricks! The price was great. The quality of service is exceptional. They worked with me from start to finish on purchase of this car. I live about an hour away and was tired of shady dealers, so I traveled to find a good one. I had heard good reviews about them and can only agree with the reviews I have heard. more

I recently bought a Kia Forte hatchback from James Kia. Everyone at the dealership was such a pleasure to work with. No one was pushy and everyone made me feel very comfortable to deal with them. My sales associate, Ferdie Navoa, was accommodating, attentive and pleasant at every moment and made my car buying experience as easy as possible. Additionally, from the site manager to the finance manager to the administrative staff, every one there was very amiable. I highly recommend both the dealership and Ferdie Navoa to all. more
