This was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever encounter. James Kia is one in a million,they're in a league of there own. Both Gateway and Burlington kia could learn a thing or two from this dealership. The staff there is very warm, welcoming,attentive and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience . My Sales Consultant (Ferdie) was a great representation of what the true core of your business is , its not only about making a sale but more importantly creating a happy customer. My sister is in the market for a new KIA and I can promise you that it will be from JAMES KIA, Your New slogan should be ...James KIA, a better buying experience :) Thank you Ferdie!
