Carpet Den was recommended to me by a neighbor so I thought I would give it a try. The lady who helped me had great product knowledge to share. As many of you know, picking out your flooring can be a very overwhelming process. She was very kind and helped me narrow down my choices. She offered to come out to my house the very same day free of charge to measure. We were originally going to just do our Master bath, but ended up doing the whole home bc the prices were so good!
In the mean time I was shopping around for better pricing. No one could touch Carpet Den's prices or their customer service. I was very impressed to find that the day of the installation the lady who I had been working with came out to my home to make sure everything was going as planned. She even followed up later that week to make sure that I was satisfied.
If you are in the Nashville area I would highly recommend Carpet Den. They are locally owned, lets stop shopping at these big box stores and give our family owned business's a little more credit!
