My husband and I have worked with Carpet Den three times in the past 3 years. We have had a stair runner installed, had a room re-carpeted and ordered a lovely rug from them. My experiences with those purchases were okay, but I would not rate their service as great. \r
Then, in the past couple of months I have called them to order a rug pad (promised a call back with price~ never got one) called again about pad, no response. Then, I called to order another rug from them and received no response. \r
As the mother of small children I prefer to do things over the phone if possible. If I were not a repeat customer (which they are aware of because they ask my name and pull up my file every time I call) I could understand the lack of interest a little more. I called another local carpet store who helped me and in turn got my business! I will not be calling Carpet Den Interiors any more.
