I visited Maaza restaurant with my family on 05-04-2012. We got a table around 8:10 and the food arrived on table around 9:25. It was a long wait and kids were very hungry. I had to request the waiter to serve food for kids at least. Kids menu had two sides and they served only one and did not ask for the preference. I mentioned this to the other senior waiter who later came and he just apologized and left the scene without even providing the second side. Our waiter did not have the courtesy to ask us about refilling the water(we had to wait for refill of water almost 15-20 minutes). It was a horrible experience. Food quality was OK and music was good. I really like the ambiance of the restaurant. We feel very bad such a good food did not have a good environment. I would not visit this restaurant again or recommend anyone to this restaurant. If I am spending a decent amount on a dinner
