Review content:
When I walked in, my hairdresser did not introduce himself, nor did he ask me my name. I explained exactly what I wanted and even brought a photo of myself with the exact cut I wanted. He assured me that he understood exactly what I wanted. During the cut I pointed out twice that I felt that he was cutting too short, but he continued to assure me that it was fine. I have very curly hair which anyone who knows anything about curly hair, knows that it shrinks (gets shorter) as it dries. \r
\r
Furthermore, during the cut he suggested that i get my hair chemically straightened (very rude unsolicited advice), and when he finished cutting, he told me that I should get a blowdryer and blowdry my hair for 10 minutes so it would 'look right'. Then he unceremoniously, finished and turned his back to me and started working on another client. He did not even show me the back or ask me if I liked it. When I told his assistant that I was unhappy with the cut, the assistant told him, and he just continued to ignore me. I have never been treated so poorly at any salon. I made my appointment two weeks ahead of time and as a new client I would at least expect an introduction and a proper consultation. Obviously I will never go back. If you have curly hair I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for service.\r

Pros: None that I can think of
Cons: Discourteous, Unprofessional, and Rude
