Horrible experience. I would not recommend simply because I feel the staff are manipulative and unprofessional. Never, never again will I purchase jewelry from them even if every jewelry store in the world closed down and they were the only ones open. An employee was dishonest when I asked the simplest questions about the return policy. The owner basically called me a liar and refused to work out any arrangement that would work for the BOTH of us. Because of the dishonest employee, I had to take a $6,000 loss and they lost a customer.
