To Scam Queen First of all I do not recall anyone comming into Zap Computer Repair with the specific problem you are describing. I diagnose computers in front of the customers on the spot, I do not tell the customer I will check it out and call you later with a price. We have been in business for over ten (10) years and take pride in ourselfs for being very honest and very proffessional. Regarding your statement about you writing reviews for 20 years we did an intensive research on your SCAM QUEEN user name and we did not find one single review from your specific name, we did find out that the Scam Queen user name was recently created just a few days before you wrote this review about my business which proves to me that the 20 year history is hard to believe. I challenge you to come into Zap Computer Repair and pick any of my reviews I mean any of the ones that you claim are fake and I will introduce you personally to that loyal customer. So if you really are a real person I invite you to come in to my shop and we can show you how we do business and take good care of our customers. To all the public who uses google there are alot of people out there putting bad names on good, honest, hard working businesses so please be aware.
