Review content:
We used Putting on the Ritz to caterer our wedding in October. They did a wonderful job. We worked with Karen Foulkrod, who was excellent. She did a great job of keeping things organized and flowing efficiently. As for the food, guests were exclaiming all night about how good the food was! People especially loved the grilled cheese bar, which had assorted grilled cheeses and tomato and basil soup. I didn't eat too much at the wedding, but what I did have was fantastic. They also packed food up for us to take the night of the wedding, which was great. Putting on the Ritz did an excellent job of setting up all the centerpieces and candles and things - it was done exactly as i had pictured it, down to the napkin fold and the placement of the favors on the table. Even when I was kind of vague with directions about where to put things ("the votives? just put them wherever looks nice"), they did a wonderful job. I HIGHLY recommend Putting on the Ritz as a caterer.
