Putting On The Ritz Catering

wasn't happy with my experience with this caterer. Wedding was held at the Ten Oaks Ballroom and they only allow 2 caterers there. Both lack in customer service. POTR offered the best price point but beware of the nickel and dime hassle. Almost worse than buying a car. Neil was our contact and he responded quickly to our questions until he got our $$$ and then we starting hearing they can't do this or can't do that. Glad the experience of dealing with this company is over. more

Putting on the Ritz is an excellent caterer with friendly, efficient service and great attention to detail. We were totally smitten with them after our scheduled tasting, which was essentially a full dinner for up to four people. Everything was delicious! They handled our event with a minimum of fuss and every little detail was just as we'd specified, even when our directions were harried. The event went as smoothly as possible and our guests really enjoyed the food and the set-up (stations---lots of fun and a great way to keep things moving). I would use them again in a heartbeat. more

We used Putting on the Ritz to caterer our wedding in October. They did a wonderful job. We worked with Karen Foulkrod, who was excellent. She did a great job of keeping things organized and flowing efficiently. As for the food, guests were exclaiming all night about how good the food was! People especially loved the grilled cheese bar, which had assorted grilled cheeses and tomato and basil soup. I didn't eat too much at the wedding, but what I did have was fantastic. They also packed food up for us to take the night of the wedding, which was great. Putting on the Ritz did an excellent job of setting up all the centerpieces and candles and things - it was done exactly as i had pictured it, down to the napkin fold and the placement of the favors on the table. Even when I was kind of vague with directions about where to put things ("the votives? just put them wherever looks nice"), they did a wonderful job. I HIGHLY recommend Putting on the Ritz as a caterer. more
