Review content:
I came in for a trim before my friend's wedding. I wanted an inch and she took 5 inches. She also cut in a way that prevented it from curling nicely (a major problem since I was intending on wearing my curly for the wedding). Wen she was drying my hair, I was informed that she could only dry y hair straight (and I normally wear it curly and wanted it dried curly). Additionally, I was pressured into buying their products (including makeup). When I called the next day to complain, I was told they would talk to the stylist and call me back about a re-cut. I was never called back. I called them again several times and my calls were never returned.
Pros: Rude stylists, Sales pressure
