I went to Mario Tricoci for the for the first time for cut, hightlights, and styling. I was ignored by the teenage reception desk staff. I tried asking a staff member, who wasn't busy, for magazines to pass the time with and she rudely pointed her finger at receptionist talking on the phone. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment. The hair stylist did not listen to your input regarding the haircut. The coloring technician got tired of doing my hair and wondered off for a good 15 minutes. This was after trying to get help from staff members with nothing to do. In her absence, she left the bleach on part of my hair significantly longer than the rest. They were extremely pushy about trying to get you to buy their products. Overall, I could have gotten better results at the JC Penney Salon.
Cons: rude staff, inexperienced staff, price
