Review content:
This company is nothing but a bunch of rip-offs and liars. I hired them to clean my carpets before I moved in. The tech who came represented himself as the owner (which he wasn't) and gave me an estimate way more than I was quoted. He stated it was because I was getting a sanitizer and pet treatment. He was totally inappropriate and unprofessional with his ""stories"" he felt necessary to tell. Then he ""gave"" me 2 cans to keep, 1 was a spot cleaner and the other a santizer of some kind. He hands them to me saying ""happy house warming"". When I call after about the bill (because there was no info on my copy), I find out that he charged me, $15.00 each for those cans. When I explained that he told me there was no charge, they said they don't do that and in order for me to be credited, I had to give them back. I also came to find out that I never rec'd the pet treatment that he said I was getting. I told them on the phone that I wasn't happy with the outcome of the carpets and especially the tech, that it looked like he missed areas in the living room. No one ever got back to me about that, but they made sure to get back to my house to pick up those 2 cans. This company does nothing but promote bad business to the customer in every way! From their pricing, to the quality of work, lying about their product, all the way to their customer service. I feel like I took $380.00 and put it threw the shredder. But maybe not, this company has caused alot more stress than if I just shredded my money.
