Review content:
I called Paradise before we moved into our new home and was quoted a price, which miraculously increased by over $100 before they were finished. The tech told my husband there was ""sugar"" in the carpet and it required a special treatment. None of the spots were treated and he only cleaned the center of the rooms, even though they were empty since we hadn't yet moved in. What a joke this place was! When I called them I was told it was too late to do anything about the problem until Monday -- it was Friday afternoon and I was supposed to move in the following day. I was also told that if they had to move my furniture I would incur another extra charge. When I turned contacted a company to resolve the problem, they lied and said I yelled and cursed at the girl on the phone. They offered NOTHING to solve my problem and basically just wrote me off. Oh, and by the way, they only accept debit or credit cards ... no doubt so they can get their money regardless of the outcome. They do not accept checks or cash. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone. They did an extremely lousy job, offered no services to fix the problem and wanted to charge me to come out and fix it. Save yourself the headache and use anyone but Paradise Chem Dry.
