Businiess name:  Guillermo's Italian Cuisine

Review content:
My husband, our children and I have been dining out every Friday night since we were married..(24 yrs ago) so over those 24 yrs we have become ameteur food critics as well as we have eaten at many different places, but we all agree that the great home cooked taste keeps bringing us back to Guillermo's. I have never eaten anything there that I didn't like. The food is always, fresh, hot and has that ""homecooked flavor"". If I didn't know better I would think that my nonna (grandmother) from Italy is hiding back in the kitchen cooking! Guillermo's has a soft , romantic atmosphere. Each table has a candle and fresh flowers. You can bring your own vino if you wish. I suggest that you either call ahead or expect to have a small wait, as they are always busy. There is also a special menu called ""The Sunset Menu"", every dish comes with a soup, salad, garlic bread, main dish and beverage all for just $10.95!!! There are at least 15 items to choose from, usually everyone's favorites. The portions are generous. If you walk away from here hungry or unsatisfied, I would be shocked! The waiters and waitresses are great, they are always on top of things but not so much as to smoother you. Guillermo's also has a back room for larger parties and also they have a take out / catering menu. I do suggest that if you are in the southern NJ area Guillermo's is a must for lunch and dinner! .....MANGI !!! Pros: taste, price, service, ambience, menu choices Cons: no wait list, can't think of anything so I will say parking
