My husband and I went there to buy some bikes and at first the seemed really nice and understanding. Well when I totaled my bike and tried to cancel the extended warrenties I had purchased they canceled all but one, which of course was the most expensive. They said that the Tires for Life program could not be canceled. Well they lied. On the paper that I never signed but needed for the gap claim it says ""**The ""AP"" protection plan is only cancellable by the lienholder listed on the vehicle purchase agreement.**"" Well I called my lien holder and they have no clue about the program, so in other words they are trying to screw me out of $1400.00. When I went to talk to them about it they said its non refundable and when I mentioned what it said at the bottom and what my claims agent said he had no clue what to say. So DONT WAIT YOUR TIME. Take a small trip and go to Bluffton. They treat you right unlike Action Powersports. Trust me and my husband, its worth the trip.
