I have been seeing Dr. Monette for years and during his absence have had to see Dr. Quinn or Dr. Schefsky and they are all wonderful doctors. Unfortunately, their office staff is unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. The doctors' need to hear the complaints and start taking them seriously or they will lose patients over the office staff. No one likes to be treated by someone who is unprofessional and rude. If it were not for the patients, these obnoxious women would not have a paycheck, yet they treat you like you are an obstacle in their way.
Pros: Great , caring doctors
Cons: office staff is rude and unprofessional
