Love Dr. Monette! Very laid back, professional and nice. Agreed with several of the below reviews regarding office staff. I have had my run in with them as well, though lately I have noticed a big difference for the better. more

If it wasn't for the amazing care Dr. Monette provides, I would find a different doctor. Not only Dr. Monette, but all of the doctors there are very caring, educated and professional. The nurses are great as well but the office staff leaves nothing to be desired. They are very rude and unpleasant. When I have to call to make an appointment which is not often, I still seem to get the same rude and unpleasent tone from the office staff. I feel it's bother to make an appointment.. YThe office staff seems to not like answering the phone. It sure would be nice if the doctors could hire a wonderful staff to match the doctors reputation more

I have been seeing Dr. Monette for quite some time now. He has a great manner about him. He is funny. \r \r My experience is nothing like stillwating (Jun 16, 2010). I actually have sent friends to Dr. Monette who also indicate the same experience as I have experienced.\r \r I can you this, if I was receiving the service stillwating is claiming, I would simply go to another doctor. \r \r The tone of stillwating's post indicates that he/she is probably a pain in the tush. Doesn't sound like the doctor and his staff could do anything to satisfy this person. Move on...get another doctor if that is your experience. You don't have to remain unhappy there.\r \r For me, I will continue to see Dr. Monette. more

I have been seeing Dr. Monette for over 5 years now. At first he seemed to be a good choice. I feel now he is dismissive and has no time to answer the simplest of questions. In short he doesn't care because I am self pay..... If you have to have blood work done be prepared to get yelled at by the staff when your results come back, be prepared to be treated like crap by ALL staff, nurses included as they jab your arm for blood and give you nasty attitude. Be prepared to take them the bill for lab work you paid for but are charged for again because they do not straighten out there billing, I find the office manager to be helpful when in the mood...... I don't go see Dr. Monette as much as I should because I find him to be rude, no doctor has the right to yell in your face, no doctor has a right to place you on medication you have questions about and just pat your head. Seriously????? You don't get great care from the staff they are without question the rudest people I have ever met, they don't give a darn about you all they care about is not being bothered...... I am not impressed with any of the staff or Dr. Monette as for Quinn and Skefsky I hear they are really good doctors that actually care about there paicients, Dr. Monette is a sports doctor, in my opinion he cares very little for the quality of my care even yelling at me over insurance which is not only none of his business, not everyone can afford it.... I am actually scared of him which doesn't make for a good relationship with the man I am suppose to trust with my health....... They should FIRE all the staff, and reevaluate who is dong what there as I hate to go and they never call me just treat me like I am 5 which I find very rude on his part and the part of his staff. I pay him for his advice not his nasty attitude! I would not and DO NOT recommend them to my friends because of the way I have been treated by staff, and Dr. Monette. I have used Dr Monette as my primary care physician for over 10 years. Even though we see each other infrequently, he knows me and welcomes me as though we were close friends. He takes a genuine approach to my health and has always been considerate of my needs. I would recommend him strongly despite other reviews of his staff. His office is easy to find with ample parking. He is worth the wait. Pros: Strong people skills - cares about my welfare Cons: Long office wwaits at times more

I have been seeing Dr. Monette for years and during his absence have had to see Dr. Quinn or Dr. Schefsky and they are all wonderful doctors. Unfortunately, their office staff is unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. The doctors' need to hear the complaints and start taking them seriously or they will lose patients over the office staff. No one likes to be treated by someone who is unprofessional and rude. If it were not for the patients, these obnoxious women would not have a paycheck, yet they treat you like you are an obstacle in their way. The office staff is not friendly in any way shape or form. God for bid somebody make a mistake. The staff does not let you finish your sentence. Then the manager is called (almost like the receptionist is getting you in trouble.) The doctors are great, office staff.... Not great at all!!! more

The Doctors there are very good, however the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Rudeness abounds, Sabrina is almost confrontational, when presented with an error she has made. She has stopped just short a calling me a liar when I was trying to get a referral to a Specialist. And when I asked to speak to Dr. Monnette, that was denied, instead referring me to the Office Manage, who also HAPPENED to be out of the office also Pros: Doctors expertise Cons: Office staff has a long way to go more

Dr Quinn runs a very efficient operation. I'm usually in and out within 20 - 30 minutes. He also seems to take a genuine interest in my well health. He also is very good explaining medical things to me. Pros: Efficient, Caring, Professional Cons: Popular more
