yes ,that salesman mike ,ahh where to start ,i had received a gift certificate for a remote start for x mas ,after 70 days of waiting to get in .....they did my car ,i dropped it at 10 was told from mike 3 hours ,i went to pick it up and was told come back at 6,the car was untouched ,looked very busy in the back ,then had the ballz to tell me i needed an extra part costing 200 dollars,was nice enough to tell me give him cash 100 dollars cash outside and he would get it done just keep it quiet ,when i gave it to him he put it in his pocket ,i asked for a receipt and nowhere on it was the 100 dollar part info,i then came back and demanded to speak with the owner calling mike a thief,he stated that he was the owner ,and his partner was not in ,my start works ok ,but i would never go back with mike there ......
Pros: leave with a hole torn
