THESE REVIEWS WERE WRITTEN BY AN EX-EMPLOYEE WHO HAD A BAD ATTITUDE AND DECIDED TO OPEN HIS OWN STORE THAT IS HAVING MAJOR PROBLEMS. THIS IS JUST AN ATTEMP TO TRASH JAZZ AUDIO THAT'S BEEN THERE FOR TWENTY YEARS. JAZZ SERVICES OVER 30 NEW CAR DEALERSHIPS AND I'M SURE WILL BE THERE FOR ANOTHER TWENTY YEARS. JAZZ AUDIO HAS THE BEST SERVICE/SALES DEPARTMENT IN THE INDUSTRY WHICH IS WHY THE HAVE BEEN THERE FOR TWENTY YEARS! I'M SURE THE OTHER GUY'S STORE WILL COME AND GO. GOOD LUCK M---E \r
