Review content:
Located in Queens just a few feet from the Douglaston stop on the LIRR, this small bike shop was an incredible find. I have been bicycling for almost 15 years, and have never had a tune-up as outstanding. Jerry (the mechanic and owner?) is incredibly friendly, personable, and performed incredible work on a bicycle that I thought was in decent shape. Smooth shifting galore. Super-tight brakes. It made my bike feel new again. Bicycle shops like this are rare, especially in NYC. Jerry summed it up well: ""I treat every bike like it was my own."" \r

While I am lucky enough to live close to the shop, I will continue to use this shop for all my needs while I live anywhere near NYC.
Pros: Great service, good prices. Small.
Cons: Limited selection of bikes, but able to order just about anything.
