Review content:
My garage has need repair to open twice in the last year. Both times the appointment time was after I called. There have been no sales pitches, and the first call included an additional remote opener. The first time, basic maintenance and user error was the problem. Second time I busted a spring. I plan to call again if I encounter another garage related problem.
