Stay away. Stay far away. They are filthy liars who steal your money and your happiness within moments. I planned my move very carefully, because it was a very important day in my life, as well as my husband's. I didn't bother him with the moving details (but I sure wish I did) and I went ahead and set up a moving date with this company, at a quote of 85 dollars per hour. My move took six hours. 510 dollars right?? WRONG! It came to over 2 Grand. I refused to pay it, and they took my items away to their storage facility. They stole my personal property. And because, like an idiot, I signed the contract, I cannot do a single thing. They are really pleasant on the phone while you are placing your reservation, but once you call to question all of these hidden fees (such as environmental protection who the heck knows what that is... probably a completely made up charge) they scream at you like maniacal criminals and hang up.
Rude.
Gross.
Evil.
Mean.
Thieves.
The list goes on of words that describe this company.
Disregard the positive reviews...
they must be written by the employees.
