Review content:
One of my favorite dishes is the plantain and reminds me of numerous family days when I was younger. This time they were quite off but I didn't have the heart to send them back. They were quite blackened (ie burnt) and some slices completely all over. I looked over at the neighboring table that had ordered them after us and theirs were golden and bronzed. Not sure what happened to mine. Needless to say I was quite disappointed and surprised at the inconsistency and icy service.
