If you're a woman and you're thinking about joining a gym and have been shopping around STOP RIGHT NOW! You'll be making a grievous mistake by not joining Ladies Workout Express. It has everything any other big gym in town like the Rush or the YMCA has...BUT it's got more! It's smaller so it's very personal. I love going there. I know everyone who works there by name and they know me. They know what I do, they know a little about my life. I also know the other members and I look forward to seeing everyone there each time I go. The classes are so much fun and if you're not into group classes there is plenty of other stuff to do. And they have all the extra stuff like the traditional sauna, the infrared sauna, the migun bed, free child care, etc. Plus....and I think this is really important for women....it does not feel like a meat market like the huge coed gyms do. No matter what fitness level you're at everyone feels comfortable there. The price is reasonable, the experience couldn't be better, the knowledge and experience of the staff is exceptional and every time I am there I have FUN! I would never go anywhere else
