This is a wonderful gym, not only for all the amazing classes, up to date equipment, and educated trainers, but for the camaraderie it offers for women. There is no better feeling than that you get after a challenging and rewarding workout, but LWE also gives women a place to just come be strong, independent, hard working divas. It empowers us! I recently renewed my membership at LWE and it was a bit emotional for me. It felt more like a celebratory anniversary than a business deal. I am in the best shape of my life, and I owe it to the entire LWE staff and the support I feel from the other members, who have all become friends. I am addicted to this gym and recommend anyone giving it a try.
