Dr .Hines was on vaca. so i took my daughter in to see this so called ""DR""Rao which was the most iggnorant ,unprofessional, RUDE, never even let us finish a sentence before putting her 2 cents in thats not worth a half a cent she told us to go to a dermotolgist, I said i thought that was where i was but i guess im wrong! Dr.hines is a VERY good Dr. and if i was her i would get rid of Dr. Rao she is gonna send that office right down the tubes! I dont know wher she gets off talking to people that way. I wouldnt mind as much if she fixed the problem but she has no clue asked the same 2 questions over and over and wouldnt give u a second to respond! WORST DR. EVA!
