Dr .Hines was on vaca. so i took my daughter in to see this so called ""DR""Rao which was the most iggnorant ,unprofessional, RUDE, never even let us finish a sentence before putting her 2 cents in thats not worth a half a cent she told us to go to a dermotolgist, I said i thought that was where i was but i guess im wrong! Dr.hines is a VERY good Dr. and if i was her i would get rid of Dr. Rao she is gonna send that office right down the tubes! I dont know wher she gets off talking to people that way. I wouldnt mind as much if she fixed the problem but she has no clue asked the same 2 questions over and over and wouldnt give u a second to respond! WORST DR. EVA! more

I will never go back to this place. They were extremely unprofessional, and only gave me suggested treatment options after they asked me what kind of insurance I had. (The DOCTOR asked me, out load in front of the resident) She was also very condescending to the resident dermatologist, who I saw initially, then he brought her in to discuss treatment. And to top it off, after leaving there unsatisfied, and feeling like I got no where with the problem I had, I sought a second opinion. And when I got it, it was completely different from what they had told me. I am absolutely disgusted that she is even allowed to practice. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I WILL NEVER BRING MY 4 YEAR OLD CHILD BACK TO THIS DR. SHE WAS SO RUDE AN REFERED TO MY CHILD AS FAT AN SAID SHE HAS EXCEMA DUE TO BEING FAT AN HAVING ASTHMA. i FELT REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THIS DR. SHE IS ONLY A SKIN DR. MY CHILD HAS A PEDIATRICAN IF SHE HAD QUESTIONS SHE COULD HAVE CONTACTED HIM INSTEAD OF CRITIZING MY DAUGHTER AN SAYING SHES FAT. AN NEEDS TO GO ON A DIET. THATS NONE OF HER BUSINESS. HER REGULAR MD IS AWARE OF THIS AN SHE UNDERWENT TESTS CAME BACK NORMAL SHES ON A DIABETIC DIET AN IS VERY ACTIVE I AM SO UPSET THAT I WILL NEVER BRING MY CHILD BACK TO THIS DR. AN THE THING THAT WAS THE WORST WAS WHEN WE WAS LEAVING SHE WANTED A APPOINTMENT FOR HER TO COME BACK IN A WEEK SO AT THE DESK THERES BASKETS WITH LOLLIPOPS AN STICKERS AN SHE TOOK THE LOLLIPOP BASKET AN TOLD MY DAUGHTER SHE COULDNT HAVE ANY CUZ SHE TO FAT. I CANT SAY HOW MAD I WAS. BUT AGAIN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR TO ANYONE I WENT HERE FOR YEARS AN NEVER SEEN HER I SEEN THE MALE DR AN HE WAS GREAT THIS DR WAS A FEMALE AN SO RUDE AN UNPROFESSIONAL SHE SHOULD QUIT HER JOB. I made one appointment here and never went back. After waiting literally over an hour, which is apparently common for this office, I then met with Dr. Hines who immediately was standoffish and rude. She didn't ask me any questions whatsoever about my previous skin history and treatment, and then was exceedingly condescending. I have been going to the dermatologist for years, since puberty, and Dr. Hines treated me as though I was clueless and was patronizing to a sickening amount. I don't know what she feels like she has to prove, or why she is so miserable, but she prescribed me two creams that I already used years ago and if she actually asked me anything she would have known that. It was a total waste of my time and energy and I suggest everyone to go somewhere that's actually professional. more
