I purchased a skirt from Orvis and took it there for a simple hem. They cut it off (which was okay), but the hem was so crooked I couldn't wear it. It varied in lengths of up to two plus inches all the way around the bottom. (No, I'm not exaggerating.) It was so bad I couldn't even donate it to Goodwill. I threw it in the trash--over a $100 out the window. I'll NEVER go back and advise you not to go either. This place should be closed. \r PS: juls814 is right on about that front desk guy. I had the same issues with him, except while I stood waiting he rested on the short couch with his feet hanging over the arm. I thought he was just a rude customer, until after about 10 minutes gave me the honor of asking what I wanted...
