This business sucks! I showed up with my favorite pair of worn out blue jeans hoping they could do a good reinforcement job on a rip close to the zipper and what I got was a miscolored patch that was handsewn in (I could have done this myself!) 2 weeks later, the rip has already gone past the patch so I have to get them fixed again, but definitely not taking them back to Ericka's! The guy who runs the front desk also sucks. He has the personality of a zombie and shows up on his own time schedule. I think I waited 10 or 15 minutes to be waited on with no one else waiting to be served. He wouldn't take a credit or debit card payment because he said it would cost him more than my $5 to run the transaction. No apologies, nothing. Ericka's is never going to see my face in their shop again!
