So I was in Australia when I found out about the death of a friends mom... at 435 PM on the day of the visitation... The florist who answered my call took the time to locate the funeral home and find out details for me as well as getting an arrangement over that night in time for the visitation. I was so grateful! Especially since it sounded like they were busy and most other places had already closed - but she still took the time to do what she could and came through! Thanks!
